DISPLAY & PACKAGING

All products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Boxed sets may not be broken up.

SHIPPING

All shipping costs are charged in time of shipment and will be included in final invoice. Our carriers are mostly UPS, FEDEX, USPS.

TURNAROUND TIME

Typical turnaround time is 2-3 business days. If you need your order expedited, please let us know your time frame and we do our best to accommodate your needs.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

We ask that all cancellations are submitted by email within 24 hours of placing the order. Incorrectly shipped merchandise or returns must be reported within 5 days of receiving. All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

All greeting cards are hand assembled and printed in our studio. Our paper goods are sourced locally and made in the USA. Olive & Lu is committed to producing high-quality luxurious products that are unique.
