HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?

Once an order is placed, it’s unable to be cancelled or modified.
HOW SHOULD I REPORT A MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEM?
Report any damaged or missing items to hello@oliveandlupaper.com within a week of delivery.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST?
If your package said delivered but was not received, please try these steps:
Check with your neighbors.
Contact your local post office.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?
At this time we do not offer gift wrapping services but hope to in the future.

CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED FAQ
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR PERSONALIZATION?
Typically 2-3 weeks from order date but times vary on the project. Let us know if you have a specific deadline so we can schedule your needs.
WILL I SEE PROOF?
Yes! You’ll receive an email after placing the order regarding lettering and layout. A proof is emailed to you after everything is finalized. Your approval is required before print..
CAN YOU WORK WITH MY BUDGET?
A prominent amount of time and detail go into creating custom orders. We use high-quality products and create unique designs for each client. For those reasons, custom orders cost more than personalized. However, we offer a variety of options and try our best to work within a variety of budgets. Don’t hesitate to contact us no matter what your budget is. We would love to work with you!
DO YOU WORK WITH INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS?
Yes, we work with international clients through email. At this time we do not ship. If you have any questions, contact us at hello@oliveandlupaper.com.
WHAT KIND OF DESIGNS DO YOU DO?
We’ve previously done custom stationery, logos, invitations, wedding suites, gift wrap and t-shirt designs. We are open to any work that you might have in mind.
DO YOU SHIP SAMPLES?
We have limited samples available which we send you for $5 shipping costs.

Personalized and custom orders may not be canceled or refunded once final proofs have been approved. If errors after final approval, we are required to charge for a reprint.
